For any bug ich I use Bite and Sting Relief (I just have the Rite Aid brand thats our local pharmacy)
It works fast and lasts pretty long!

As long as it has Benzocaine (my stuff is 5.0%) it should work

CHIGGEREX @ Walmart + Seabreeze Scrub or their generic brand Scrub till it hurts then apply the chiggerex..
I had close to 50 bites on each leg (Still got scars) from them dang turkey mites or seed ticks and it was the only relief I could get...

Those "baby" ticks you got in are seed ticks. Get them all off, ALL OFF. Rubbing alcohol with white vinigar mixed 90/10 will help kill the itch temporarly...must be reapplied but it will give some itch relief. I feel your Pain.....I'm covered with chiggers right now and using the above mix for itch relief. As with most things, it just takes time.
