dog wheezing after running

I had my dogs out yesterday running when I was getting them to go home one of them was wheezing when he was breathing hard it stopped after he settled down and had water but today he was a little lethargic so I left him in the kennel today he ate fine and is moving just a little lazy. I was thinking it was pollen or a piece of a cat tail in his throat could that cause it? Thanks

Do you have him on a heartworm preventive ?If not you might want to gety him checked for them.

i have a few females that do it , rattles and wheezes something awful. cold weather theyre ok. posted several times on health section without a definite answer.
