Take a guest hunting and look what he does!!!! LOL!!!!
Well, I was nice today and took a guest that has less than average dogs and let him gun over mine since his can't circle one. After running the first rabbit about 700 yards to another field the rabbit was headed right to him. I hollard ( that is yelled to you yanks) that he was coming. The guest threw up and CLICK. He forgot to eject a shell in the chamber.
What a hunter!!!!!!!!!!! ROFLMAO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I won't say no names but he likes red beagles and has a dog named Tuf!!!!
Dogs did their job but the shooter didn't do his. I did show him how to shoot later on though so maybe he will kill one next time.

Being a half breed. That is half Hillbilly and half Yank I won't take offense to that.
As I tell my realitives/Kin from the south. No matter where you live, if you have a yard full of beagles and dog box in your truck your a hillbilly no matter where your living. LOL
Sounds like you guys had a good day.

plow i took rebel and spirit both i got from u held the front 90% of the time and did it right if they didnt have the lead is beacause they weere searching for the rabbit al's dogs are good dogs they work the line real tight tho but they picked up and tried to run with them and they did some we had 4 good raceses...!!!!!and one miscue ..hey al forgot to say he missed one!!!!!he only shot 50%......1-1
Reds,
Explain to Al how to book a Patch pup from me & he too can get on the right end of the race. lol
I had a buddy that had a gun problem one time & we discovered he was trying to load a tube of chap stick instead of a shell. He ain't lived that one down yet.
People that don't hunt sure miss a lot of good times don't they.

Re: gh
What in the sam h#$l are you talking about. My dogs ran the front with Rowdy or Jack in the front most of the time. The only times those patches got in front was when they hit open ground and it took my dogs to clean up the overrunning they was doing. One patch went 50 yards barking like no end and Jack turned the rabbit 30 yards back and went in the thicket. Running the front???? ROFL!!!! Racing to the front maybe but they was tore up on checks all day long.redsrule wrote:plow i took rebel and spirit both i got from u held the front 90% of the time and did it right if they didnt have the lead is beacause they weere searching for the rabbit al's dogs are good dogs they work the line real tight tho but they picked up and tried to run with them and they did some we had 4 good raceses...!!!!!and one miscue ..hey al forgot to say he missed one!!!!!he only shot 50%......1-1
Plow: Those young dogs are gonna be real good for sure. They showed lots of hunt and Rebel has really came on since the last time I ran with him. It probably does them good to run with slower hounds than Tuf and Angel.
Guest: If you don't like my comments then scroll right on past my posts. I am not offending anyone that matters to me and that includes 99% of the members on these boards with you guests being the other 1%. I catch lots of crap but I do not get offended, I just play along and have fun. I guess you were sheltered as a child or something so cry on little one, cry on!

Sure sounds like a lot of fun. That's what hunting is about.
The good times. Don't feel bad red 'cause I did the same thing before and it was just as funny then.
That's the kinda' running I enjoy. When you can pick and carry-on with everyone and it's all 'bout fun and a good time.
Al, don't pay no mind to the "Yank". I guess I'm one now too but don't fend me none. Just plain fun to me.
Wish I'd been there!!!!!!!!!!!
Made for great reading on the Post. Thanks !!
