Junie is an ARHA world champion, AKC FC and I used to run big pack and he would have finished in it if he had been ran in it. The blood also crosses with the Reggie or Turbo blood.

Lanc Spivey in Tennessee has the current Big Pack Hound of the year Super Sport's Too Cool King. He is a strong running Branko bred hound I believe by Branko's Lumber Easy Rider.

I have judged and run against King and he is a nice dog with a lot of grit, and the ability to withstand pressure. With Blueback and Reggie breeding, this is definitely something that should be of utmost importance when looking to improve your dogs. I would think he would make a good cross that could help produce dogs that can withstand pressure.

I don't know how far your willing to travel, but Joe Kuklenski has some of the top LPH hounds around.
He also runs in Mid-West Fed. and LP.
He strives for a true 13" hound and is located in WI.
They may be small, but they can haul azz.
If I didn't like my large, Patch hounds so much, I would get hounds from Joe.

Rex is a joy to run, he just has a love for hunting that you can't put into dogs. He is one of the toughest hounds I've ever run, In 2007 or 2008 he got hurt and I had to lay him up about a month. The vet said he thought that he had been spider bitten and had to put a drain tube in him. The All American hunt was coming up and I wasn't going to run him and the vet said it would be fine if I did. After long debate I decided to put him the hunt and thought if he looked to bad I would scratch him after first day but he is a tough dog and after not running him for a month and a drain tube still in him he ended up 19th out of a 111 dogs turned loose. We raised two litters of pups out of him and one has all ready got a 1st. in Big Pack and 14th. in the World Hunt. So yes I really like my Chester male, Sorry to Ramble on!

Thanks Duke for the nice comments!
Thanks Lance
