AKC's recent changes for "online" registerations is no imrovement in my opinion. Today, I registered a Litter and after certifying that I am the owner of both the Sire and Dam was directed by hyperlink to a page to confirm ownership of the Sire. Problem here is that the link could not be accessed. So, I am in limbo as to the status of the registeration. I suppose that AKC no longer keeps records of dog ownership by name of owner, name and reg number of the dog.
Not happy with AKC.

Just finished reg,2 litters on line ,no problem.Hope you get it fixed.

It could be your computer acting up. I would just start from the beginning and go back through the whole thing. The weather can sometimes have an effect on computers.

You probably selected the Dam Owner button rather, than the Dam and Sire Owner button.
I made that mistake a few months ago.
You should recieve an email for the Sire Owner with a link in it.
If the link doesn't work, you should be able to get in and confirm the registration at:

https://www.apps.akc.org/litters/sire/i ... tion=login

Here are the 3 options from the site.

"Dam Owner
Click above to start the online litter registration process if you own the dam, but not the sire.

Sire Owner
If you own the sire and if the dam owner has started the online litter registration process, click above to approve the litter and complete the registration process.

Dam and Sire Owner
Click above to complete an online litter registration if you own both the dam and the sire. "

If that doen't work try calling the AKC. I have always found them to be friendly, courteous and helpfull

Its the best thing since cornbread and milk i just reg 2 litters had no problems its also fast i got my papers in 5-7 days
