michigan guys
who else cant wait til july 8th so we can legally run the dogs? i went out to my buddies place tonight where i do most of my running, we were sitting on the tailgate having a beer in his driveway and the rabbits were all over his yard. seemed like everywhere i looked there was a rabbit coming out of the brush. it just really got me pumped, cant wait for the 8th

Is it the end of the leash law season there, or the start of the hunting season (hare/rabbit)?
I'm pretty sure that we have to wait till the end of July for our leash law to end. We can hunt hare any time; problem is--getting into the CFL land.
The blame leash law prevents us from running there until the start of August

vwc, we have a quiet season here in michigan that is to let the young and baby animals grow in peace and quiet. it does suck but i dont mind it because it gives me a reason to get other things done instead of running 
and july 8th is just the start of our training season actual harvest season doesnt start until september for hare and bunny.
and i also cant wait for the early morning of the 8th. i am more than ready.
