Del, it was great meeting you and Randy. Two fine fellers for sure.
This trip was a once in a lifetime hunting experience for me even though I hope to do it again next year. No doubt, one of my best vacations ever.
I have some pictures but I'm not near smart enough to post them. lol
I just saw on the news this morning that UP got Snow. Good timing on our part.
You guys take care and if you ever need anything, just holler.
Ain't nothing like pounding some hare. lol

Hounddog and crabtree. You may or may not remember me but I met you at a gas station somewhere in michigan. Cant remember where exactly as I had just woke from a nap. It was a pleasure meeting both of you and it sounds like you guys had a good trip. Post those pictures!

Sorry guys, but my computer won't allow me to send the pictures. It's a work thing.

SR Patch. Being I'm a southern boy, they can keep all that white stuff up there.

I'll tell you what, in all the years of running cottontails and thought I had some unbelieveable runs, pounding hare beats it anyday of the week. I'm talking two to three hours of wide open pounding. I almost felt sorry for my hounds at time.

Careful there SR,
We have to deal with the white stuff for 5 to 6 months as it is.
I love winter and snow, but like a little time to enjoy the fall before I have to start shoveling.

I'm leaving tomorrow night or early Sat. morning for the island.
Last vacation I had was 14 months ago.
No cell service, no work, just a whole week of running hounds, eating bear and venison on the grill, and drinking beer.
AHHH, doesn't get much better than that.
