Mattery eyes

I have a young pup that has mattery eyes. He is healthy and playful. Not wormmy and he has had all his shots. But his eyes are watery and has matters in them.

Probably allergies.
If you can't run with the BIG DOGS stay on the porch!

A vet once told me that the mat is the solids in a tear and the dog has something in it's eye. The eye is crying trying to get the foreign object out. When the tear dries it leaves the matter.
