i am looking to purchase some land in a different state than the one i live in. whats is the best state for rabbit hunting. I am not looking to move just for a graet place to visit and run some beagles. so tell me what you think the best stae is and why. thanks

A pheasant hunter friend invited me to go to Kansas one time. He said there were rabbits everywhere and no one hunts them. From what I saw he was right. This was ten years ago and I don't even remember seeing any posted land although that has probably changed. So Kansas would get my vote.

i was thinking about some were in the mid west. i lived in mo when i was young but i never had the chance to rabbit hunter thanks for the info.

I dont know much about elsewhere but NY is good for this beagler. We have alot of old farm land in the southern zone that makes good rabbitat. In the north are the Adirondack Mountains and alot of snowshoe hare. Conditions and terrain both vary widely here so the dogs better be able to handle anything.

Little E kennels . I think Arkansas has some of the best rabbit hunting around . I know of a couple places for sale with prime swamp rabbit hunting on and around it . Thanks Jimmy Leach 1/870/347/6414

rabbitslayer whats the yote hunting like i am looking at getting a few yote hounds because i can hunt them year around here were i live in north carolina

Hey there are plenty of them stupid things around here i haven`t got chance to hunt them yet but know some guys that do that have been wanting me to go with them where i ru my dogs at we found some dens couple look new last weekend . Thanks Jimmy Leach
