Haha could have told you that a long time ago Jason. Go buy a sportdog 3225 they are smaller and better collars with way better customer service.

Has something changed sinced they combined with Garmin? I have not dealt with them lately but in the past everything went smoothly.

tritronics is the best in my book, great service and nice people, maybe it was how you started the conversation. I am in customer service and i give to you what i get from you, if your rude to me i will give you nothing and enjoy doing it. JMO tho.
