Mark, I broke my leg in October and while I have been able to get out to hear mine run a little, your vids really help keep the edge off...Thanks!

Thanks Mark I had 4 surgery this year . I'M sitting at home from double hernia surgery I have three more weeks before I can run.

Cool, thanks! Sitting at work ain't as bad now. Though people walking by my office do look in wondering what the hell's going on in here, lol.
