I got a similar call this week from Richton , Ms , The funny thing is the collar was on some type of herding dog which we have never owned. I sent the guy to a buddy of mine's house down there who my Dad gave a dog box to about eight years ago.

a man I knew --had to pay a few hundred dollars cause his name was on a collar "dog " that animal shelter pick up ---no rabies tag --shots not up to date --dog running loose--county dog tax not paid -- etc.----collar was on a stray --cur--Hines 57 --not a hunting dog ---
ALWAY GO BY THE RULES AND NEVER A PROBLEM
