do you think would be ok to hunt with 7 1/2 low brass 20 ga shells

Depends how far you would want to shoot. Out to 25-30 yards they should be fine but honestly I would not shoot 7 1/2s at them. There are way to many bbs in them if you want to actually eat the rabbit. I prefer to use 5s or 6s if it's out of a 410 bore.

No problem killing rabbits with them. Only thing is you may get more shot in them than you like.

7 1/2 low brass will kill rabbits just fine - I prefer 6 shot, but have killed many w/ 7 1/2.
