Got a 6 month old beagle that will go with the pack, but she barks while she runs. Will she calm down once she starts or is this a bad sign?

Just an excited puppy, she should quit.

Take her out with a older dog that's slower. Get her away from a big pack.

A lot of inexperienced pups will open up when running after older faster dogs. They are hard wired to make noise in the heat of the chase and have not figured things out yet.

In my experience they stop opening on the other dogs after a few times out, especially once they get some rabbits in front of them.

I agree with casey, Get her out. To young to be with a pack.

I always take mine out in the wild depending on size. Regardless she could be running dogs. Pups will do that. Could be overly excited too. If she's started really well solo hunt her. If she isn't started yet you might want to start toning her to get her to quiet down a bit.
