My little boy modeling it before devouring, turned out really well!
Lightly pan fried the Hare with garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and lite on season salt, Cut it up into relatively small pieces before adding. Put all my veggies, fresh cut, into the chicken stock in a crock pot.
Added all the meat with drippings and all to the stock with veggies. Simmered on low 12 hours then reduced heat. Sure less time would work, but I left it overnight. Added a little garlic powder and onion powder to stock, and also a couple chicken boulioun cubes(pardon spelling, LOL.).
Good stuff!

Try ya some "rabbit wings", they're unbelievable. Cook the front legs just like you would for chicken wings, buy or make your favorite hot wing sauce. Put the sauce in a big bowl, put the "rabbit wings" in the sauce, and toss to coat. Serve 'em alone or with the traditional blue cheese and celery or ranch and carrot. I just like 'em plain, I've not had any in quite a while, I think I better start accumulating some front legs
