I googled Jack and all had good things to say about this hound. I would go and have a look see if he was run in state.

I've recently watched a couple of his pups run out of different litters. They had beautiful line flow and medium speed. They would be slow for most of what you run, but might cross well with one of your stronger females. If he were bred to a quick female I would be interested in female pup....hint hint !

The ones I seen were not as pretty as Mooredogs pup, but not ugly.

I always looking to add skills to what I have. I LOVE smooth running and have that, but again, ALWAYS looking at even better.

I have a strong female that would be an option(quicker out of check area and better top end speed), my others are just where I want them.

By description Jack sounds like a quicker UBGF hound, true?

Is this video typical of a pup out of him? Is he faster on line than this hound?

Jack is Quicker than most UGBF style dogs, but clean. What you run into is that all the guys in UGBF breed slower dogs to Jack because they don't have anything as fast.
When Cadalac Jack won the All Age Nationals in 2010 in the final Cast He caught the rabbit!
He runs with gears, fast when scenting is good, slow to a walk if needed on a tough trail, but always on the line.
He also won the National Bench Show that year too.
We have a male directly out of him, (Moore's Cadalac Jack) that Sired the pup that Moore Dog posted a pic of.

This clip is on a warmer day better conditions clearly, I was using him to train some pups. I jumped a rabbit and called him over and off He went.
