Garmin dc 50 question
I am looking to buy a new astro 320. I've had some people tell me that the dc 50 is a little big for beagles. I run about 14 inch dogs. Any one that has one care to share info on them. Thank you

i think think they are like the collars for the alpha. if you remove ther rivot and d ring it will gain you an inch or so.

Ok thanks for the info.
Re: Garmin dc 50 question
Go with the Dc50 it is a better collar than the Dc40.
Re: Garmin dc 50 question
Thanks. I was leaning toward the dc 40 but I can get the 50 for the same price.
Re: Garmin dc 50 question
i bought a brand new 6 dog system of the dc 50s when they first come out I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM FOR BEAGLES they are square and blocky and BIG.....i run 14 1/2 to 15 inch dogs and every single one of my dogs was beating there left front leg up to the point that they would limp on it and get a raw spot at the bend of there knee... i called lion country supply and told them about the problem and they said that they had have a couple other people saying the same thing and gave me my money back.... then a friend a mine already had 4 of the 40 collars and ordered 1 new 50 collar it did the same thing and he also sent it back so i hope this helps good luck
