My idea of red & White. Perhaps more so with the single pup. Past couple litters have been as above. These are line bred. Brad-ju / Grimshaw. They have many many crosses of IFC Bradju's Bella Donna and FC Billy Grimshaw. This line has been well maintained for over 30 yrs. There were occasional /random red & white pups years ago. I kind of keyed in on them. My favorite markings are open / Red & White. Took a few generations to get them to the size and exact color / marking. Mission accomplished.

John, those are some nice looking pups ! My pups when born looked like that and as they aged they lighten to what I would call mahogany which is what the AKC considers red. My hounds had copper noses and yellow eyes.
Jeff, thats a really nice looking Patch hound.

The only true red dog I've ever seen was Clifford the big red dog on PBS :D

This is about as close as I could come by doing a brief internet search. I am sure there are better pictures out there though.

I knew those names would bring back some memories for you. I have a big female down here that's a grand pup to those two.

I have a little red and white female , from Jamey Gormans, redchief, and cherry hooker, beautiful red and white beagle , coppernose and golden eyes, and will flat out get it, always wanted to trial her, but never did, Liked to find a nice male red and white to breed her to. She's a bit fast, but has all the drive one could ask for and the brains to know where to look.
