Purina Pro Club???

I've tried several times to join and it want let me go to second page of enrollment it keeps saying (account creation failed) I have emailed purina and they keep saying information was left out I explained to them the problem but they keep telling me same thing. Any you guys who are members have any of these issues joining? Thanks

I had to call them and the rep set everything up.
