Gb huntemup max. Max is not the hardest hunting dog. He hunts similar to a bird dog. Green bay Johna (deceased) hunt and nose was excellent. The kind of nose power that temperature, sod, dry, and ice won't prevent her from circling a hare back to the gun. The kind of hunt that I won't turn her loose without a tracker. If there are tracks in the area, I let her loose and and just hang tight for her to jump the hare. She will range out over 1000 yards if she has to and she is not the kind of dog I wanted to handle at trial. Littermate to fc greenbay eli in the general stud. Hard hunt also makes it harder to handle.

Gb eli is available for public service. With his accomplishment and pedigree, eli should throw some nice gun dog.

Mt. State Blue Bud....Joe Lane just had a female there to be bred to Bud last week.
They took a pack of dogs to run with him last time.

When you see it in person...you can clearly make a choice. Dogs out of him hunt for rabbits and just don't "stay gone" away from you, and they do it regularly.

I've seen several out of MTN Ash Dino with hard hunt and I've got a male out of High Bawlin Big Easy with hard grubbing style hunt.

I've also seen some good dogs out of Mtn Ash Dino that hunt hard and jump rabbits. I have a male, Bakers Blue Jay, who is the best hunting, rabbit jumping dog I have ever owned. He has sired many pups and he passes on good hunt to them as well. I've got a cross now where the daddy is Dino and the granddaddy on the bottom is my jay dog and those dogs are really coming on with their hunt. They love to grubb in the thicket and jump rabbits and they are under a year old still. Will only get better with time and experience.
