Large Seneca dog house ?

What is the price on a new large (39" x 24 x 24) Seneca dog house? If anyone knows please let me know. I'm selling a used one & don't feel like calling Plum Creek to get a price on a new one. I don't know why they don't list pricing. Seneca used to list pricing on their web site. thanks,

New price is $231.00. We don't list prices due to cost of materials changing. Sorry for the inconvenience.
