so i did get the alpha registered pretty easy after the down load.
i pug the collar in but nothing. any ideals?
you do hook them to the computer too, right?

I talked to garmin about that and you have to install and use the "webupdater" program for the collars since they aren't compatible with garmin express...

I hate down loading stuff so I called Garmin FIRST .
It took about 20 seconds three prompts and I had Kyle on the line.
went to my.garmin hit the outdoor/dog button, register button, entered the #'S.
wiz bang boom DONE!.

VERY PLESENT.

Kyle at Garmin is awesome! Glad he could get you taken care of so quick.

Garmin really wants to help out the dog world and Kyle is one of the best.
