change for ohio hunters?

I was told today that ohio is getting ready to pass a law which will make hunters the age of twenty one and younger to be accompany by an adult while hunting. anyone from ohio heard of this? the guy also told that if this "law" passes,owening a gun under the age of twenty one,will be aginst the law.I hope this isnt true.....
