Field Trial/Training pens have been a tradition going on for nearily a century. It is extremely rare a dog catches a rabbit/hare/fox.The inhabitants of these pens are also well fed, with foxes actually vaccinated.Fenced Running grounds actually stops trespass problems and dangerous highway situations. It is safer for the judges and dogs creating accountability. There are many AKC and CKC Clubs that utilize and depend heavily upon fenced running grounds stocked with game for these very reasons mentioned.Let an accident happen if this bill passes see what happens. There are many mad AKC, UKC, CKC, PKC hunting/sporting dog owners at the present. We feel our heritage is being attacked and personal rights. The AKC,CKC,UKC,PKC,ARHA Field Trials generate thousands of dollars for local economies.Without a SAFE place to hold the trials, they would not happen resulting in a loss to local towns and businesses. We will promise those that support this bill will not receieve our votes come election time and we are many.It will also be publicized if it happens of those that voted for it.Sincerely,.Steve Church , AKC-CKC sportsman (COPY CUT & PASTE YOUR PERSONAL DEATILS THEN SEND)

I emailed my representative and called two pen owners that I know. I have been lucky enough to use two pens within a mile of my house for running and trash breaking. One is 35 acres and the other is 100 acres. They sure provide a comfort level that you don't have running young dogs in the wild.
