Denny asked that the following info be posted:
Okay folks, The situation was that a another AKC Club had a hunt scheduled on the same weekend & there was a misunderstanding on what running grounds were going to be used. So actually, the AKC had approved both trials on the same weekend, but it caused a conflict because they found out later they were using the same grounds. Since the other trial was approved first, they got to keep the date. The other club and the AKC both worked with the Midwest Federation and got the grounds and approval for the later date!

This has been a tough trial for our officers to schedule, with one obstacle after another, being thrown at them. Thanks for sticking with it and working it out.

It seems that the run off this year has hit road block after road block. I'm sure glad I'm not in charge of this massive headache.
