We will be hosting our 3rd PKC Hunt and Show on 5/21. Deadline is 7:00 AM Entry fee $25 Hunt--$10 Show-- You can register your dog on the grounds.
Scioto Valley Beagle Club US 23/Rte. 32 W to Gleason Rd. 6 mi. (turn left) 150 feet. Go right at stop sign; right onto Tennyson Rd. (1/2 mi.) . Left onto Long Fork Rd.(1.3 mi.). Left back lane by water tower to club house (.75 mi.). Signs will be posted on Rt.32 Need more info call 740-493-4108

Our last hunt drew 25 dogs.We're looking for 40 this hunt.Below is the payout based on 40 dogs
1st--$320.00
2nd--$160.00
3rd--$80.00
4th--$40.00

To Champion a dog in field it takes $500 in lifetime earnings.
To Champion a dog in show it takes $250 in lifetime earnings.
To qualify a dog to run in the 2012 World Hunt (Ohio) it takes $50 in earnings by the end of February 2012.
To join PKC--$25.00 and that includes a 1year suscription to Rabbit Hunter or Prohound,your choice.
To register a dog in PKC--$15.00

Thanks steve but i do not think i am going to make it headed to baden pa tonight. Was ask to come up to talk to some little pack guys about starting a club as much as i know this is going to be a great hunt. Really want to make this format grow big fast so going to have to pass. But good luck and hopeful i will see you the next time. We need more clubs and this is the only way i know how to do it. wish me luck on getting these guys on board. Dennis kennedy is suppose to be there and we could use a houndsman like this. And the pa paticapation would be HUGE for PKC beagles.

Good luck Frank. I think if they would just try one and see, they would like it. I know there are some little pack guys up around Hubbard that talked like they was wanting to give it a shot.
I hope Sat. is just the beginning of what we can expect in the future.
