OHBC--Jackson, OH 10/29 & 10/30 PKC Hunts
The Oak Hill Beagle Club in Jackson, Ohio invites beaglers to join us for two days of hunts. We will be holding two PKC Hound and Hunter hunts on Saturday, October 29 and one on Sunday, October 30. The forecast is for great weather and we look forward to a good time in the field with friends old and new.
If you have thought about trying PKC hunts, this would be a great chance to come out and see what it is all about. You can register your dog the day of the hunt for $15.00. The club is adding $100 for the 2nd hunt Saturday and $100 for the Sunday hunt. The money added will be split by cast winners. If you attend on Saturday, you can run the same dog for both hunts, or run a different dog at each hunt.
Deadline: 7:00 AM Saturday, 10:00 for the Bench Show, 11:00 for the second hunt on Saturday, and 7:00 AM Sunday.
Entry Fee: $25.00

The boys and me will be there.Think hershberger might be riding down with us.Was gonna go west but kinda makes you think who you want to influence the kids.They were pretty upset about the whole deal .They had the dogs ready an nowhere to go.

Glad to hear you and the boys are coming down Adam! I know they are good handlers and will be tough to beat.
I would tell Jay he has to buy dinner on the way home if he wins.

Jim, wish we could make it up there this weekend, let me know when you schedule some more pkc trials. I am really wanting to try this format and see how my dogs will do. Yall have fun!

Our next PKC Hunts will be on November 19-20 with the same closing times and $$$$ added. I am sure you would have a good time if you came up and gave it a try!
The guys at the Piketon club really did a good job getting PKC started in Ohio, and it is taking off like crazy.
There are already five clubs in Ohio with PKC hunts scheduled.

I got a feeling this weekend will have a good payout $$$. Weather is supposed to be cool. Connie Young East Reigonal Rep. will be on hand to answer any questions and taking pics. If you've never tried PKC, give it a try.

If you have never been to a PKC hunt before, and have thought about giving it a try, this weekend is your chance. Just show up Saturday or Sunday morning (deadline is at 7:00 AM so get there before 6:30 for paperwork and breakfast!
) and we will help you with your first PKC trial. You can register your dog and join PKC the day of the hunt. We will have free rule books and people will be ready to help make the first experience a positive one. Come and join us for a good time.

Frank, the club had a special meeting and we bought you tickets to Kings Island for Saturday and Sunday. Now you have somewhere to go.
Just ask for them at the gate.
While you are there, I think they want you to help them improve by telling them how to make their organization better.
Glad to hear that Ron is coming. We will put him in charge of crowd control.
