Butch Saari makes a "Come Back."

BORDERLINE'S FALL TRIAL. LARGE PACK ON HARE. IRON BELT, WISCONSIN
Sat. Aug. 23rd & Sun. Aug. 24th. 13's run Sat. & 15's run Sun.
Breakfast and lunch will be served both days.
Extremely good running and plenty of game! We will allow the handlers in to observe their hounds.
Butch Saari is recently certified and will judge the 15 inch females with Bob King. Between Butch and Bob, there is approximately 100 years of experience!

This is my all time favorite lph trial. Lots and lots of game, nice cut trail, and very good breakfast/lunch. Above everything else is the fact they let the handler go inside the pen. One of the best place to go look for new dogs/bloodline.

There is a motel right in Iron Belt, Wisconsin. (one mile from the club) Badger Motel (715 561-4510.) $50.00 Also, Side Kicks, in Iron Belt, has delicious food!
Most "Beaglers" stay at the Quinn Motel (906 932-4421) $35.00 or Indianhead Motel (906 932-2031)$40.00. Both motels on US2 in Ironwood, Michigan. US2 is under construction as you travel through Ironwood, Michigan. Several places to eat in Ironwood or Hurley.

Butch must have been beagling since birth cuz I'm pretty sure he's a 100 years old himself.

Btt. One of the two club in nmha to allow handlers in the pen. It's an lph but handler could be inside like an spo. It will worth being there with or without dog. Guys there got their dog top shape and ready to roll. The ground has lots of hare, fenced, and a nice club house. I will be there with a video camera and tape the trial. It will worth the drive!
