In the USA not so many, in Britain and Canada according to reports, several, but not nearly as many as died in the streets of Chicago due to black on black gang crime. Probably the result of the squalor left behind by Obama's "slum lord" now Obama Advisor, Valerie Jarrett.

You should get out of the "Hollar" and see the country before you make those proclamations.
The reason the ER is so crowded is the number of Drug and Alcohol addicts clogging our medical system. My wife works in the local hospital ICU. You would be shocked at the number of substance abusers that take advantage of free health care to get their pills or use special trained medical staff to nurse them back to health. Three or four weeks later they are back in the hospital for more treatment and/or drugs.
That is waht socialized medicine is all about. We have to keep them alive because democrats can't affor to lose their votes.
You should talk to someone who works in a ER.
Edit: Rufus, I talked to my wife and she said that illegals do take a lot of Emergency room time. However, in your opinion, how is universal health care going to alleviate the problem. If someting is free, and supposedly it will be free to the poor/illegals, there will be more patients. Why do you think there will be more healthcare available to you. We still have the same amount of Drs. Nurses, and Hospital beds withe forty million more people will be seeking more health care.
