Wisconsin Collective Bargaining Law Struck Down By County Judge

By SCOTT BAUER 09/14/12 07:17 PM ET AP

MADISON, Wis. — A Wisconsin judge on Friday struck down nearly all of the state law championed by Gov. Scott Walker that effectively ended collective bargaining rights for most public workers.

Walker's administration immediately vowed to appeal, while unions, which have vigorously fought the law, declared victory. But what the ruling meant for existing public contracts was murky: Unions claimed the ruling meant they could negotiate again, but Walker could seek to keep the law in effect while the legal drama plays out.

The law, a crowning achievement for Walker that made him a national conservative star, took away nearly all collective bargaining rights from most workers and has been in effect for more than a year.

Dane County Circuit Judge Juan Colas ruled that the law violates both the state and U.S. Constitution and is null and void.

Its right out of the Democrat Playbook...

Facts...

1. Governor Walker wins election telling the people he will bring fiscal sanity back to the state of Wisconsin.
2. Democrats walk out of government, leave the state, ignoring their duties to the state when Walker begins to do what he said he would do.
3. Unions protest when Governor Walker DOES what he said he would do.
4. Unions get enough signatures to put a RECALL election out for Governor Walker...Unions have a collective orgasm when they get enough and the recall vote is set.
5. Unions collective orgasm turns into a a misfire when Governor Walker actually wins the recall by a BIGGER PERCENTAGE than he won the general election, thereby becoming the FIRST Governor to survive a recall effort.
6. Unions SUE to overturn the will of the people who elected Governor Walker and supported his plan to restrict certain barganing tactics.
7. Unions finally find an ACTIVIST JUDGE who will rule their way...collective orgasm begins again.

If this is overturned on appeal, which it stands a good chance of being, will you again have to take a VIAGRA to complete your collective orgasm, or are you all set with what's been accomplished already?

Um, no douchebag...Big Mike didn't paste this:

For city, county and school workers, the ruling returns the law to its previous status, before it was changed in March 2011, the Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel reported. However, Walker's law remains largely in force for state workers, it reported.

Most of the law, if not all of it will most likely stay in effect until an appeal is heard.

Collective Orgasm Delayed...sorry!!!
