The only policy that will fix this is ,put the Republican's in Jail,Many are shot,by,Republican police ,others are shot by people who get their Drugs ,From Republicans Drug Dealers like Rush Limbaugh.

It's not the President's Job to drive a squad car in every street in America,,,If The Republican congress and Senate ,would do the job they are paid very well to do ,the problem would not be nearly as bad.
