I saw where some or all of the money went to those forein countries, I believe in Africa. To pay for medical attention or who really knows what. , . It seems all in who you know as to how much money you can swindle. First off this money could have been kept here in the US to help with health care. Next it seems we always want to help these poor forien countries, I can see if they have a natural disaster or something out of their control, then maybe if we can help them. But what I see in many of these countries is a people that have lived poorly for centuries. They will not stand up and fight or work for better conditions. It also seems the government in these countries has leaders that many times take advantage of any money that is sent to their country. America and many other countries, got the way we are, by people willing to sacrifice, work hard and fight for a better life style. If the people in many of these poor counties had the same values they would not need help. And some of these countries don't even like us. A lot of times in cases like this the people that funnel this money are corrupt and benefit them selves. Help the poor people in this country first, if they deserve it, as we do have people in our own country with bad values and have never tried to better themselves. By making life easier for lazy people with a hand out, it gives them little incentive to help them selves. On a side note I saw where Obama wants to bring over 100,000 refugees to the US in 2017. I am sure most of these people will be the type of people who were not willing to stand up and work or fight to better their country, so I do not think they will contribute to our American values. Probably will even be a few terrorists in the bunch. Get ready for a tax raise, and more assaults on the second admendment. Or our wives and daughters may be sexually assaulted like they did in Germany the other year at new years. Along with these people come their way of life and lack of values. Many value women less than a goat.
