This failure has nothing to do with ONE particular party! All of our house and senate reps failed the American people! It started with Clinton and ends with Bush. Its time to fix it and hold the people responsible from the private sector.

I agree sanfordssj, for the first time I think. The private sector HAS done this, and I personally think it is dispicable. The American people got too big for thier britches. It is not the Dems or Republicans. We have been living high on the hog and solving problems by creating more. That is the only thing that scares me about the "bail out". You can bail water out of a boat for hours, but if the hole isn't fixed, it's gonna sink.

Your just now seeing what happened to us 7 years ago. They defended the CEO & BOD as they sold us down the creek and walked away with their "golden parachute", they only got it done because the BOD were mixed with the banks and insurance Co's, lotsa money and shares.
The people changed with the free lending of the banks after the regulation was eased, the egg did not create this chicken.
The antitrust laws used to keep this from happening, now the "club" has insulated themselves from the accountability and wrath of the share holder. This came from the TOP, the little fish didn't breed this MONSTER.

Don't worry, the hole is getting plugged but worse, the pond is going dry...
