A day to remember

Post by Emery »

Thank you to all who gave their lives on this horrible day. The families of the dead paid the highest price with the survivors living the hell of this day for the rest of their lives coming in a very close second.

Today I put my ribbons on my uniform and stand tall to remember these heros. I would gladly stand next to them if called to do so, but I am so thankful that I was never called to stand in harm's way (because of their sacrifice).

Thank you cannot express enough what our service men and women have done for our country. May God continue to bless us all and our great country even though we don't really deserve it.

This is indeed a day to remember those who sacrificed so much to save this great nation.
