No matter who is elected, we as Americans that are allowed to vote, will get who we vote for.
Another way to say it is we will get what we deserve!
Bitching and crying, looking back does no good, only separates us even more, only votes count.
Where is America headed?
See who is elected and why and judge by that.
We will get what we deserve!

John, do you remember the slogan, "Diversity is our Strength"? I was thinking about that recently. The Progressives have used every means possible to turn each group against the others. Its rich vs poor, black vs white, Christians vs Muslims, scourging the Jews/Israel.
Since they have following the script of Saul Alinsky,. I wonder it the multicultural society wasn't built with the idea that is easier to divide when there are differences in culture.
For two hundred years, when immigrants came to America they were encouraged to melt into society. They learned to speak English and were expected to find a job. After a couple of generations you couldn't differentiate Germans from, English, or Spanish. I've got a picture of a grandmother who would pass for a full blooded Cherokee. She may have been 100%. Unfortunately she died before I was born so I never knew her.
Shortly before my Dad passed (1985), he was eighty-one, and suffered from Altzheimer's. He had regressed back to the time that he was a toddler. While laying in a nursing home bed he began to sing an Indian lullaby that his mother had once sung to him. None of us kids had ever heard it. There was an Indian(Native American) in the hallway who recognized the song and asked "Who is the Indian in that room".
We were of multi cultural backgrounds but we were all Americans. Now it is profitable to fan hatred between people. If there was no racism, Jessie Jackson and his sons would be working for a living and Sharpton would either be dead or in prison for informing on the Mob or tax evasion.

I would love to of heard that lullaby sung by your Dad. Rest assured they are together as she came running through the shallow water reaching for his hand when he crossed that river.
