Don't be surprised if Obama tries to issue a few new "executive " orders on gun in the next seven or eight months. His way of "giving the finger " to the 2nd amendment. Of course they would eventually be over turned, if a Republican is elected. But it would set off another "gun/ammo panic ".Worse case scenario, Hillary wins. Whatever happens, this is just a suggestion. Obama's wanted to go after guns since his re-election. He has nothing left to lose.

How Many Gun Laws Did Obama Sign?

Barack Obama has been called the "most anti-gun president in American history." Fears that Obama would try to ban guns fueled record sales of weapons during his presidency. But how many gun laws did Obama sign? And did any of them actually place restrictions on gun owners?

Gun Laws Signed By Obama

During his first term Obama didn't call for any major new restriction on guns or gun owners. Instead he urged authorities to enforce the state and federal laws already on the books.

In fact, Obama signed only two major laws that address how guns are carried in America, and both actually expand the rights of gun owners.

One of the laws allows gun owners to carry weapons in national parks; that law took effect in February 2012 and replaced

President Ronald Reagan's policy of required guns be locked in glove compartments of trunks of car that enter national parks.

Another gun law signed by Obama allows Amtrak passengers to carry guns in checked baggage, a move that reversed a measure put in place after the terrorist attacks of Sept. 11, 2001.

Obama often mentions the expansion of gun rights under those two laws. He wrote in 2011:

"In this country, we have a strong tradition of gun ownership that's handed from generation to generation. Hunting and shooting are part of our national heritage. And, in fact, my administration has not curtailed the rights of gun owners - it has expanded them, including allowing people to carry their guns in national parks and wildlife refuges."

Hey Adolf Stewart, it's not just about what Obama has "signed", it has to do with his administration and party affiliation which is the mainstay against gun ownership.

"On March 13, 2015, three days after the BATFE rescinded its proposed ammo ban framework regulation, anti-gun U.S. Representative Eliot Engel (D-N.Y.) introduced H.R. 1358, a bill designed to ban civilian use and possession of M855 ammunition. This is the same round that the BATFE, after meeting fierce bipartisan opposition from Capitol Hill and from NRA members and supporters across the country, decided to rescind its framework to ban M855 ammunition.

NRA opposes H.R. 1358 because it would restrict Second Amendment rights by banning common rifle ammunition used in America’s most popular rifle. The BATFE and the Obama Administration failed to ban this ammunition through Executive fiat so Rep. Engel has decided to try and do so via the legislative process. This is the same Rep. Engel that voted multiple times, and cosponsored bills, to ban so-called assault weapons as well as online ammo sales. It is clear that Rep. Engel is not listening to the American people, who have time and again resisted these unconstitutional bans."

The right to keep and bear arms is a human right. If the government becomes to tyrannical the people can defend themselves. That's why the founders wrote it down. Without the 2nd amendment all of our other "rights " could be taken away or "modified " at will. The only people killing other people in the inner city are the people who live there. Republicans or conservatives don't want to starve or murder anyone, especially children. Planned Parenthood is the number one killer of black children on the planet. Conservatives believe in taking responsibility for your own life. Of course people who are unable to work or who need a temporary helping hand should get assistance.
