Two mental patients were sharing a park bench on the grounds of the institution. Suddenly the first patient says with an outburst, "When I get out of here, I'm going to buy all the oil wells in Texas!" After a short period of silence, the second patient replies, "I don't know that I want to sell."

A mental patient was leaning on the fence of the institution grounds one day just watching the local traffic go by. A farmer soon came down the road - his wagon loaded down with horse manure. The mental patient hollers out, "Where ya goin' with all that manure?" The farmer replied, I'm taking it back to the farm to spread all over the strawberries." The mental patient replied "I put cream and sugar on mine and they call me crazy!"
