I have to brag because a beagle got the ball rolling for my latest project. You have been reading about my escapdes with reading with dogs and children. My beagle, Krunch, was the inspiration for this program and Chili carries on for her.
Tonight we won the Minister's Award of Innovation at the Ontario Public Library Awards. We are partnered with New Tecumseth Public Library. We had the Minister of Culture visit us last week to see the program in action.
It is amazing how dogs can be such a huge influence when used in so many ways. And my beagles still hunt and come when they are called!
