Ok...I'm going to be as honest as I can about this female

She was my top prospect at about a year old and had everything it took to get it done and do it right. I screwed up and packed her hard with some real fast dogs last spring and I believe that I scrambled her brain. She was never the same dog and I just lost interest in her and started working hard on my older trial dog and her brother. I have a pup coming in a few weeks and want to remain at 4 dogs...(a pack of 3 and a pup).

Pros-
1. EXTREME hunt - would not be afraid to show you her hunt in the field
2. Not afraid of any brush and will not be at your feet
3. Great foot speed...Lp style
4. Packs great and will contribute to the pack
5. Nice chop mouth
6. Handles good
7. Good Kennel manners

Now for the bad-
1. Very rough on soloing a rabbit- has never been soloed very much and when she was it was not impressive.
2. Will ghost trail, open early, and look around for the other dogs...(what I would consider signs of being packed too much)
3. Barks in box in the truck...I hate it!!!
4. Fights for the front but can't handle it once there
5. Has been shocked off deer three times...could be broke??

Bottom line is....she is a project and I'm done with her!!! I am keeping her brother which has come along well and will be here for awhile. She will probably make a nice hound and has all the tools make a nice one but she needs someone with some patience to get her back to where she was a year ago.

Would like to see someone other than a dog trader get her....From what I saw last year she could be great if she could get everything straightened out in her head.

Here is a better picture of her than the one I had on here

15" on the dot or what exactly? AKC? On a scale of 1-10, how fast is she?

I don't have an official measuring stand but my male has been measured at trials from 14 3/4 to 15 on the button and she is exactly as tall as him.

Yes, AKC

Fast is relative to all of us but I would say she is quick footed enough to hold her own with dogs in the Mid West or LP, she just can't put the brains, nose, and feet together right now. I don't like using the 1-10 scale, 7 to me might be a 2 to you or vise versa....if the current deal falls through you are more than welcome to come see her go.

Well the guy that was supposed to get her must have fallen off the earth :???: .....she is back up and I put on a better picture of her.

I had her out for 2 hours last night and she didn't do any of the stupid stuff I described....hunted like crazy and ran the only rabbit we got up to a hole (a very quick run). With some time on the ground I honestly think she would make someone a nice dog. Come watch her hunt...what better offer can I make :D
