Tri-Tronics Trashbreaker G3 EXP

Purchased new from Okie GD Sup; selling as "like new" used briefly 3 times at most (I never liked it so didn't use it). Two mile range system expandable to six collars. Includes black plastic case, manual w/CD, transmitter, one collar (black) with receiver, and all chargers, accessories, pins, literature and stuff that came with it.
I put the collar in it's charging cradle and after charging the cradle shows a steady green light.
I assume the transmitter battery is dead (steady slow flashing red after 6 hours when I tried to charge) so I bought the transmitter battery pack from Okie this spring. The replacement battery pack is still in the plastic bag it came in (you install it).
Location: About 30 mins from Lexington TN.
