Where are you located in se Ohio? Are the stains in the lid rotted out or just stains from a past leak? does the damage proceed down into the dog box area? bottom dollar?

The stains are just in the lid it blew off of the stands that it was setting on during a storm there is not rotting any where and that is bottom dollar

Thanks for the update. Do you have keys for the lock and where are you located in relation to Cinn. or Ashland and I-75?

about 2 hrs from Portsmouth and 2-1/2 from Cinnci
