Has 3 collars with 1 cradle charger and the controller charger with case. Collars also have manual lights that either blink or stay on constant. $350 obo located in Frankfort ky

No nothing wrong with it, I didn't have time to run by the post office yesterday to check on shipping cost but will for sure get it done today
