Hi shane,
how big is your pen,, that your breeding and raising your rabbits in? And how do you catch them to sell?
I'm thinking of building pen too!

Bartman, I have several pens. They are all around the size of your pen you keep your growouts in. They don't need a whole lot of room to get their legs and lungs developed. The only thing you'll run into is you're going to lose some litters to start off with until they develop resistance to the parasites that they will get into on the ground. Feeding a good free choice hay helps out alot as does keeping apple cider vinegar with mothers in it in their water. It takes several generations to build up immunity to the parasites and the mommas to know how to build the nests but once you get it right it is a whole lot easier to take care of them.
