I am not within 100 miles of you, but what I did was to purchase one of those cargo carriers that you slide into your receiver hitch and then build a wooden box on it. 3 small beagles are comfortable on one side or 2 big ones. The other side is open with fence material on it for a "run" (if you can call it that) that they can use to relieve themselves. You can stick water and feed in there. It isn't ideal for long term, but if you are going to a trial or on vacation it will work.
