Looking for broken tracking/shocking collars with or with out the transmitter for cheap or free. I just need something to act as a dumby collar for my smarter hounds.

flat stock of metal as same weight as a shock collar and put 1/4" bolts in it [[[round the bolt ends some --so they aren't sharp]]]---works great as a dumby collar

you can get some dummy collars from tri tronics
