IF YOU WANT TO REGISTER---- PLEASE READ THIS FIRST!!!

I am getting a lot of people who are waiting a long time for activation, so I've posted this to help avoid long waits in the future. The board has an automated message that goes to you when you register, saying that the administrator will activate your account.
THIS IS AN AUTOMATED MESSAGE that I can't turn off. It does not actually come from me -- it's part of the board mechanics. I get a similar notification stating that someone has registered and account. In fact, I get about 200 of those notices per day, and I cannot sit and open each one to try and determine if it's a real beagler or just a spammer.
So after you get your first confirmation e-mail, I need you send me a seperate e-mail requesting activation.
Here's what you need to do:
Register for the board. You will receive the auto-notification that the admin will have to activate your account. Your message will look like this:
- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
Welcome to The American Beagler Forum forums
Please keep this e-mail for your records. Your account information is as
follows:
----------------------------
Username: beagler999
Password: betsy
Board URL: http://www.americanbeagler.huntingboards.com
----------------------------
Your account is currently inactive, the administrator of the board will
need to activate it before you can log in. You will receive another e-mail
when this has occurred.
Please do not forget your password as it has been encrypted in our database
and we cannot retrieve it for you. However, should you forget your password
you can request a new one which will be activated in the same way as this
account.
Thank you for registering.

Thanks, The Management

Now, forward that e-mail to me at editor@northamericanbeagle.com so I can verify your registration information. We do this to keep spammers with automatic registering programs off the board.
As soon as I receive this from you, your account will be activated.
If you deleted your confirmation, e-mail me anyway with you login name. I have no way of looking up accounts by your email address, so remember to include your login name (handle).
Thank you, and enjoy the board!
