Hi, I'm Bill Lott from Mississippi. I would like to ask for prayer request for my wife (Dana) who will be having surgery to remove a 2 cm tumor from the right frontal lobe portion of her brain wednesday morning. She is a cancer survior for the last 7 1/2 years when she was diagnosted with metistatic colon cancer at the age of 34. The cancer has spread from her colon to her liver and lungs and has been kept in check pretty much over the last 7 1/2 years by lots of prayers and an extremely caring christian oncologist and a few other Drs. placed in front of us. Yep, I said that. A professing christian oncologist. We have an 11 year old son and a 9 year old daughter and they have never known anything other than sick mom. She does extremely well to attempt to function normally and not upset there young lives. We love her dearly as do many many folks and prayer God will completely heal her as she is a living miracle anyway. Just a testimony as to God's love for us. I don't know what God has in store for us but I do know that he loves us enough to sacrifice his only son so we may have eternal life with him. Thanks for any prayers that are said. Bill.

Thanks the prayers guys. Nothing like having friends in this faternal order of hunting brothers. Dana's surgery was delayed until this morning and was really sucessful. All of the tumor was removed along with a margin around it and it was not attached to the brain. She will still require some radiation and should be able to start chemo again to keep the cancer in liver and lungs in check. She is surely a walking miracle. God has blessed my family once again and proves that God does answer prayers. Chad we are praying your mother and let me know how she is doing.

I would like to thank everyone for the prayers for my wife Dana. As of January 8 Dana will not be receiving any further chemo treaments unless a new drug is approved. Dana has a spot in her right lobe as well as a spot in the left lobe of her liver. She has numerous spots in her lungs and signs in the lyhmp glands between her lungs. She also has a spot in the adrenal gland just above her kidney. We are very fortunate to have a christian oncologist and a good man beyond that. He truly has tried to give Dana the care for quality of life. He now says that she have done all the chemo that is available to her more than several different ways and it does not seem to help. She does not qualify for any test or research drugs at M.D. Anderson in Houston due to her having been on so much chemo in the last 8 years. She is not suppose to be here by any studys and she doesnt even qualify for any compassion programs that any drug companys have.
Again Dana is 42 and was diagnoised with colorectal cancer in the later stage back in July of 2001. She has had numerous surgerys and treatments and has not been in remission ever. She is the mother of our 2 children Tyler 12 and Allie 10.

I would ask once again if you would remember her in your prays once again as Dana is truly a walking miracle everyday and God seems to have her here for a reason.
We have certainly been through some trying times and especially this past year but God is in control and we will continue to give him the glory and thanks. Many many prayers have been said for quite a while and we believe that prayer is the answer. Dana continues to care for the kids and me and we believe God's purpose for her is here for now. Thanks, Bill Lott.
