i own a extrema I the older model. it is my turkey gun. my 14 yr old daughter used it w/3.5 to harvest 2 birds this spring. it is an asome gun but i thank it would be a bit heavy to carry around all day chasing bunnies. i have been using a youth model 500. 20ga. with composit stocks. its light weight and all the abuse you give to a rabbit gun in and out of brush snow and ice chasing hare not to mention all the clothes you wear the smaller gun peformes well. just my thoughts.
