I have a Thompson Center Encore. .50 cal muzzleloader that I got probably 6 years ago. I was thinking about selling it. The gun has never even been loaded. How much do you guys think it is worth?

I buy and sell guns all the time. What I have found is that once it leaves the dealers store and is owned by a individual and then is resold it is a used gun fired or not. I have seen this online, at gun stores and gun shows. I had a nice Remington 1100 White Diamond 410 that I took the gun show and had a gun offer me $500 for it and was offended that I wouldn't sell it to him for that price. He already had a wad of $100's out of his pocket. My gun was at 99% condition and this dealer had one on his table in about 90% with a price tag on it for $1100. I would suggest going to gunbroker or gunsamerica and look at prices for the gun there and then decide on what you need to have out of the gun.
