What type of feeders do you put out for rabbits and what type of feed do you use?

I just knock down a few corn stalks with corn attached in my food plots.

Second cut alfalfa has been best for me.

I like taking an old truck topper and laying it on 2-4 logs or wood fence posts.
Stick a pallet inside the topper and put your hay bale on the pallet.
If the bale is real tight, maybe cut one twine.

Another method is to use 5 large pallets and make a "cube".
I just wire them together.
All 4 sides and one on the bottom.
For a lid i use a piece of barn tin, or plywood.

Good idea, Andy. I might try that. I have an opening in my corn where a stump curtails plowing. Would be a great spot for a feeder. Cover and food in one place.

take a look at my winter hay feeding post about three down from this one. I tried to get some photos that could be used by others and they seem to be working real well for us.
